Currently acting as a Solutions Engineer (Presales) at Acquia LatAm, I leverage my Drupal development background to help the sales team resolve customers’ technical issues and implement tailored improvements using Acquia’s DXP solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Discovery Sessions: Lead technical discovery calls with prospective clients to uncover business challenges, current-state architecture, and success criteria.
  • Demos & PoC: Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations and hands-on proofs of concept that validate technical fit and de-risk the buying decision.
  • Solution Architecture: Architect tailored, scalable technical improvements leveraging Acquia’s DXP solutions to match enterprise requirements.
  • Customer Meetings: Run recurring meetings and technical check-ins with marketing, business, and IT stakeholders throughout the sales cycle to maintain alignment and momentum toward close.
  • Partner Enablement: Train and support regional partner and reseller teams on Acquia’s DXP portfolio to strengthen joint go-to-market readiness.
