At everis, as a Drupal Developer, I worked on Amil’s institutional site, one of Brazil’s largest healthcare and insurance providers, built on a fully decoupled architecture with Drupal 8 and React, running on Acquia Cloud.
My role covered exposing content through Drupal’s API layer, while React on the front end consumed that data to deliver a fast, dynamic experience for this high-traffic institutional site.
Working headless, Drupal handled content modeling and editorial workflows while serving structured content through JSON:API endpoints, decoupled from any front-end rendering. On top of that, I built and maintained custom REST resources to shape and expose data beyond the default endpoints, tailoring payloads to match what the React application needed for each page and component.
