Rounding out this engagement with Jussi, I supported Honda’s customer service portal, built on the same coupled, multisite Drupal 8 foundation with Symfony components, running on the same Acquia Cloud infrastructure.

Here, the focus was Honda’s after-sales operations: recall campaigns, owner’s manuals, maintenance and revision schedules, genuine parts information, warranty details, and customer support channels for vehicle owners.

My work centered on custom module development and API integrations to keep this after-sales content searchable and well organized, making it easier for owners to quickly find recall status, service schedules, and support information for their vehicles.
